Does the Mini i9 KA08 phone work with AT&T's 3G network?

I am about to buy the mini i9 KA08 phone but I don't know if it works with AT&T's 3G network... I have been told that it does and that it doesn't. Does anyone know the truth?

Could I put the 3G sims card in and still use the phone or would it not work at all?

No. The specs in the listing specifically state that it is not compatible with 3g networks.
