I have a samsung phone from t-mobil and it always says no service. Everyone in the house has service but my phone does not. It usually happens after I turn off my cell because when I turn it back on it does not work. It says no service.

Try putting a new sim card in the phone & see if that changes anything. You can get a new sim card at your local t-mobile store.
